Life improves when you come into a more loving relationship with ALL of yourself.
Welcome
I am on a mission to help people meet, integrate and come home to who they truly are.
What does it mean to come home to who you are?
-
It means breaking the habit of being hard on yourself and coming into a more loving relationship with yourself.
-
It means learning ways to meet and face the more-than-ego aspects of your personality that are held in your unconscious, the shadow aspects of yourself that are seeking integration into the whole, to bring colour and meaning to your life.
-
Mostly, it means appreciating the being you are rather than focusing on the being you think you should become.
Why this mission?
Well, I don’t like to boast, but I’m a woman who is phenomenally talented when it comes to being hard on myself – I’m really, really good at it and I’ve been doing it a really long time.

I’m also someone who has spent 30 years exploring different therapeutic and spiritual approaches to remedy this way of being, along with a decade spent coaching others putting this learning into action. What I've learned along the way, I now offer to clients and coaches, with enthusiasm and heart because I know it really makes a difference.
Teresa helps my brain and my heart talk to each other, and then to me.
Teresa is warm, kind, fun and genuinely interested in my challenges. I've loved working with her. She encouraged deep reflection and helped me carve out a path that felt right for me.
